What would it be like to live in a gingerbread house?

Well as far as I know it would be awesome, but I don't know really, because I haven't seen one or have eaten one in such a long time. This question kind of makes me sad, because I can't eaten one in like three to fours years. I miss the smell of ginger, and cinnamon at least I think that is what they smell like. I think it would feel soft and I would be scared of a cave in. Although I could eat my way out, if I could only eat it.
