What kinds of people have power? Which of these people use their power for good? Which abuse their power?

Well people that are in government have power, teachers have power over students, superheroes have powers, super-villains have powers, ordinary people have power, men have power. I guess a lot of people use their powers for good, sure government seems to abuse their power, but we don't really know that, plus we almost always complain about the government and something we don't like about it. We are never really happy with what they say. Super-Villains are also bad, but I don't have to explain that.
